Overview
Bear’s Biscuits provides a booking widget and customer‑journey tracking tools designed for fitness and wellness studios. Our platform helps studios deliver a premium booking experience, understand the full path from ad click to purchase, and improve marketing performance through accurate, privacy‑compliant data collection.
Bear’s Biscuits connects to your studio management software (e.g. Mindbody) to enhance your existing workflow. We do not replace your studio management software. Instead, we layer on top of it to improve the booking experience and provide deeper insight into customer behavior.
We do not provide reservation systems, billing, membership management, payment processing, or any services outside of booking‑flow enhancement and customer‑journey analytics. All scheduling, payments, and membership operations remain the responsibility of your primary studio management software.
Eligibility
To use Bear’s Biscuits, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a contract
- Be an authorized representative of a fitness studio or business
Account Responsibilities
You agree not to:
- Misuse, reverse engineer, or interfere with Bear’s Biscuits
- Use the platform for unlawful, deceptive, or harmful purposes
- Attempt to access data or accounts that are not yours or not authorized by your studio
- Circumvent studio policies, class rules, or systems set by your studio management software
Intellectual Property
All content, features, branding, design, and code on Bear's Biscuits are owned by Bear's Biscuits or our licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, or modify any materials without permission.
Tracking and Data Limitations
Bear’s Biscuits provides customer‑journey insights and booking‑flow enhancements. We do not guarantee:
- That all customer‑journey data will be captured if third‑party systems block or restrict tracking.
- That tracking will function if your consent management platform is misconfigured.
- That all booking events will be recorded if your scheduling platform experiences errors or delays.
- That insights will always reflect real‑time data from external systems.
Your studio retains full control over scheduling, payments, and booking rules.
Limitation of Liability
Bear’s Biscuits is not responsible for:
- Booking errors or data inaccuracies originating from third‑party platforms.
- Loss of revenue, business impacts, or marketing decisions made using our insights.
- Customer dissatisfaction related to booking flow, scheduling, or studio policies.
- Any disruptions caused by incorrect or incomplete data provided by external systems.
Bear’s Biscuits is provided as is, without warranties of any kind.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to Bear's Biscuits if:
- You violate these Terms
- Your studio disables integration or requests removal
- Your account becomes inactive or unauthorized
You may stop using Bear's Biscuits at any time. To request data deletion, contact support.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of Bear's Biscuits after changes means you accept the updated terms.
